Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, business email, project requirements, and optionally company, service interest, budget range and timeline. Do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
How information is used
Submitted details are used to review and respond to your project enquiry. The form endpoint is designed to email the enquiry to the configured WeDevEx recipient. The website code does not write enquiry contents to a database. Email providers and hosting infrastructure may process or retain message and delivery metadata under their own policies.
Retention and sharing
Enquiry messages may remain in the recipient's email system for as long as needed to respond and manage the business relationship, subject to that system's retention settings. We do not sell form submissions. Information may be handled by the hosting and email service providers required to deliver the message.
Website operations
The static pages do not use analytics or advertising scripts. The hosting provider may create technical access logs as part of operating the website; its retention and contents depend on the hosting configuration.
Rate limiting
To reduce repeat spam submissions, the form uses a short-lived server session and a browser session cookie. The session stores a recent submission time only, not the enquiry message. Session duration and server-side session storage behavior depend on the PHP hosting configuration.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit the form. To ask about a message you have sent or request its deletion from the email system, use the contact route provided by WeDevEx when available. Contact details must be configured by the site owner before launch.
Changes
This policy should be reviewed if the enquiry delivery method, analytics, hosting or data handling changes.
